We mark realistic-looking images that were created or significantly modified using artificial intelligence directly when they are displayed. This means you can see how a picture was created when you first look at it.
As of 13 September 2026Changed original photo
A real source photo has been significantly edited using artificial intelligence, for example clothing, background, logos or image composition. The representation may therefore differ from the original recording state.
Homepage
- The label appears visibly directly on the affected image and not just in metadata or small print.
- Unlabeled original photos are not generally referred to as AI content.
- AI tools may support drafting, translation or image editing. All published content is checked by a responsible person before publication and remains under the editorial responsibility of Doggy Deluxe Loft GmbH. Customer, employee, health, payment, access or other confidential data must not be entered into generally available AI services.
Booking portal
The live booking portal does not use an OpenAI/ChatGPT API and does not make automated AI decisions about customers, employees or dogs. Bookings, capacity, prices, surcharges, waitlist positions and approvals follow defined business rules and can be reviewed by the administration. The ChatGPT source counter is conventional, aggregated web statistics and is not an AI decision system. Any future AI function must undergo privacy, security and legal review before activation and will be identified at the point of use where required.
Legal reference
As a precautionary measure, this transparency practice is based on the transparency rules of Article 50 of the European AI Regulation, which apply from August 2, 2026. The regulations do not require a blanket labeling of all AI-powered content, but do contain specific obligations for certain realistic-looking synthetic or manipulated content.
