Our labeling of AI content
We mark realistic-looking images that were created or significantly modified using artificial intelligence directly when they are displayed. This means you can see how a picture was created when you first look at it.
As of July 20, 2026Changed original photo
A real source photo has been significantly edited using artificial intelligence, for example clothing, background, logos or image composition. The representation may therefore differ from the original recording state.
Homepage
- The label appears visibly directly on the affected image and not just in metadata or small print.
- Unlabeled original photos are not generally referred to as AI content.
- All published texts are checked and editorially responsible for by Doggy Deluxe Loft GmbH before publication.
Booking portal
Bookings, capacities, prices, surcharges, waiting list positions and releases are processed according to defined business rules. The portal does not make automatic AI decisions about customers or dogs. If an AI function is added in the future, it will be clearly identified at the relevant point.
Legal reference
As a precautionary measure, this transparency practice is based on the transparency rules of Article 50 of the European AI Regulation, which apply from August 2, 2026. The regulations do not require a blanket labeling of all AI-powered content, but do contain specific obligations for certain realistic-looking synthetic or manipulated content.
